Welcome to The Lodge at Lane, a newly-constructed senior-living facility located in Zachary, Louisiana that offers assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care, next to Lane Regional Medical Center’s campus. Built on the principles of Lane Nursing Home, a local facility established sixty years ago, The Lodge at Lane is committed to upholding the same values and quality of care while creating a luxurious, new space for residents to enjoy.
Our History
Owned and operated by Lane Regional Medical Center for nearly six decades, Lane Nursing Home was acquired by a local healthcare company, Hometown Healthcare Management, in 2020, with the goal of building a larger and updated senior-living facility next to Lane’s campus. Rebranded as “The Lodge at Lane'', the new facility’s expanded range of services will continue providing the same excellent quality of care that Lane established sixty years ago.

John stagg, CEO
John P. Stagg, CEO of Champion Management , is a Zachary native and resident who began his health care career at Lane Memorial Hospital.
Kaley hill, President
President of Hometown Healthcare Management, Kaley W Hill, serves as the administrator of The Lodge at Lane.
PAtsy Lofstrom, director of nursing
To continue providing the same exceptional quality of care that earned Lane Nursing Home a 5-star quality rating, Patsy Lofstrom will continue her role as Director of Nursing at The Lodge at Lane with the opportunity of staff members transitioning to the new facility.
tamara Dayton, Director
Tamara Dayton, who worked as the Supervisor of Social Services at Lane Regional Medical Center for 25 years, will serve as the Director/Community Liaison, to continue assisting the members of the community and the residents and families of The Lodge at Lane with transitional care needs, guidance and support unique to the aging population.
